Infant Program
Age: 8-24 Months
At Secret Heart Academy, our infant care program is specially designed for children aged 8 to 24 months, providing high-quality care in a learning environment tailored specifically for infants. We understand how vital these early years are, and our nurturing, experienced educators work to ensure that infants feel safe and secure, creating a smooth and happy transition into the program.
Recognizing that infants spend a significant portion of their waking hours with us, we are mindful of the important role we play in their early development. While we cannot replace a parent’s care, we strive to offer a loving environment that fosters social, emotional, academic, and physical growth. Even at this early stage, our focus on structure and curriculum gives infants the consistency they need, while promoting a safe and clean space for exploration and discovery.

Our toddler program provides a stimulating environment for young explorers, designed to nurture their natural curiosity. Our planned learning experiences aim to foster each child’s growing independence, enhance their social skills, and build the confidence needed to reach their individual potential, preparing them for pre-kindergarten and beyond.
At Secret Heart Academy, our experienced educators have crafted a structured program that encourages sensory exploration and creative expression through activities such as experimenting with crayons, paint, water, sand, and modeling dough. Your child will be introduced to numbers, letters, and shapes, with daily activities focused on building vocabulary, developing self-help skills, and forming friendships. Prekindergarten (PK 3) program is designed to ensure that your child is constantly developing across all areas while forming friendships and enjoying each creative learning experience. Our teachers encourage children to explore, be curious, ask questions, discuss conflicts, and learn how to negotiate with their peers. Our experienced educators provide a comprehensive curriculum that covers all key areas: literacy, mathematics, science, social-emotional development, physical development, and the arts.
We also emphasize the importance of physical activity by focusing on gross motor skills, promoting healthy bodies, and building self-esteem. Additionally, we offer opportunities for outdoor exploration on the playground and through field trips to new and exciting places.

This program is designed to help your child reach their full potential in all areas, including reading and writing skills, math and science concepts, gross and fine motor development, as well as social and emotional growth. Our daily routine offers both individual and small group learning experiences within the classroom. Teachers carefully plan lessons around thematic units, which are reinforced in various learning centers throughout the day. Your child will engage in interactive, hands-on experiences that foster independence, creative thinking, problem-solving, and language development.
We also emphasize personal growth by providing each child with numerous opportunities throughout the day to make choices, take on leadership roles, and work collaboratively as a team player. Our curriculum is designed to spark each child’s natural curiosity and exploratory spirit, preparing them for a lifetime of learning. By the time they move on to elementary school, children are socially prepared, eager to learn, and have a strong foundation in the language, math, and science skills needed for success.

Multi-age Program
Age: 5 Months - 5 years
This program provides children with valuable opportunities for extensive social development, fostering deep friendships, and allowing them to participate in a shared experience with children of all ages. Interacting with peers of different ages supports both younger and older children in developing pro-social behaviors and enhancing cognitive growth. Older children have the chance to show empathy and care towards younger ones, while younger children benefit from learning from their older peers.
The Multi-Age program provides the benefit of consistent care, allowing children to remain with the same primary caregiver throughout their time in the program, which minimizes the number of transitions they experience. This program also offers added convenience for families by enabling siblings to stay together in the same environment, simplifying drop-off and pick-up routines with a single location.
